Critical experience leading cross-functional technology programs on time and within scope

Expertise in project management methodologies, enterprise governance frameworks, and cloud solution architecture concepts

AI literacy and application proficiency to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate automated tools into program management processes

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities during vendor selection and contract reviews

Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution plans and measurable milestones

Analytical problem-solving capabilities to evaluate feasibility, resolve operational blockers, and manage risk profile

Additional Qualifications

Experience working within public and private cloud environments

Knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and system connectivity principles

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management or solution development roles

Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:

Program management tools and enterprise governance frameworks

Vendor management and RFx solicitation processes

Lifecycle management of enterprise technology applications
