Be for the design, enhanæment and automation Of critical such as Availability Management, Service Metrics Reporting, and others as deemed Drive a culture of improvement through development and reviews of KPI dashboards related to project delivery and facilitate regular business reviews with our partner teams We're looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager who: Is experienced in leading pro— involving modern SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices as scale Has deep knowledge of SRE, Cloud Engineering, DevOps and Security practices and experience working with leading cloud serviæ providers and data center environments Has 10+ years professional experience in a Technical Program Management, Engineering program Management, or equivalent roles and holds=relevant project management certification(s) Has proven exgErience leading large, cross-team, technically complex programs with high ambiguity Has strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure, and platform enginæring conæpts, enabling effective debate with engineering leads Has a passion for exællence, and is a natural and analytical problem solver. You should enjoy digging deep to understand issues and like solving hard problems, taking a data-driven approach Can operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels, from shaping roadmaps to delivery Is a confident communicator with executives, senior leadership and teams and can lead teams to achieve dearly-articulated and measurable Has excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-team dew-Idencies and conflicting prioritiæ Has a strong sense of serviæ ownership and personal accnuntability, and a well developed bias for action Is experienced in configuring and administrating Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel, Project, Tableau and similar ttnls to drive efficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience leading initiatives in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure organizations Background in portfolio or PM0-style govemance Experienæ with FinOps, optimization, migrations, or change initiatives Comfortable building prcxæsses and structures where none previously existed Experienæ mentoring TPMS or acting as a lead within a TPM function
