You will own the full-lifecycle technical recruitment process for IT roles in Coimbatore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruiting workflows from sourcing to hiring.
• Manage day-to-day technical recruiting tasks and candidate pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Own the hiring process to ensure successful placements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven expertise in technical recruiting and full-lifecycle hiring.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
• Experience managing 2+ year tenures in recruitment roles.
