Description

You lead end-to-end US staffing and technical recruitment from Vadodara, mentoring junior recruiters and managing the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to closing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior recruiters on interview scheduling, client portal submissions, and second-level closing.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, prospecting, screening, and negotiation.
• Source and screen candidates using internal databases, job portals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interview logistics, maintain candidate relationships, and oversee onboarding formalities.
• Format and edit resumes to ensure technical and visual consistency before client presentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US Staffing, consulting, or contract-to-hire agencies.
• Proven expertise in the full recruiting lifecycle and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Experience with W2 hiring models and direct client requirements.
• Proficiency in sourcing via various job portals and vendor management.
• Excellent English communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience specifically handling US Healthcare requirements.
