Description

Lead the delivery and evaluation of technical and soft skills training programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate training for technical and soft skills across all client requirements.
• Create, facilitate, and revise training materials to build fundamental staff knowledge.
• Manage multi-week blended new hire training, nesting, floor-training, and BQM training.
• Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to learners to ensure they meet performance metrics.
• Facilitate training for product, behavioral, or tool changes and oversee new hire progression.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a professional trainer.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to develop strategic solutions and process improvements.
• Capacity to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
• Experience handling program phone calls and transactions.
