Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Mendix application development and team management, ensuring delivery of software solutions to senior IT leadership and business users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mendix applications following internal best practices.
• Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions.
• Integrate applications with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Lead technical requirements gathering by collaborating with business analysts and designers.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Mendix application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing teams.
• Experience working within an onsite-offshore model.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Mendix Advanced Developer or Expert Developer Certification.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing.
