Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional ServiceNow development workstreams.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Bridge the gap between technical requirements and functional business processes.
• Manage technical delivery within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven expertise as a Lead Techno-Functional ServiceNow developer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical delivery within the ServiceNow platform.
