Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business units and technical organizations to solve complex problems through automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the analysis of business problems and prepare technical specifications for system changes.
• Liaise with line of business partners, technology teams, and vendors to troubleshoot production support issues.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables while coordinating information flow between stakeholders.
• Provide Loan Accounting production support and testing support for vendor upgrades and enhancements.
• Guide less experienced staff and provide training to user groups to assess needs and recommend changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in retail lending, syndicated lending, leasing, or a related financial domain.
• 9+ years of experience specifically with Loan IQ and commercial lending.
• Deep knowledge of the Loan IQ data model and the Loan IQ API set.
• Proven expertise in advanced SQL for developing complex queries and analyzing business data.
• Demonstrated experience with Agency Syndications and Loan Trading business processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and testing software such as JIRA or ALM.
• Ability to elicit requirements, write user stories, document processes, and create test cases.
• Strong background in Syndication Loan Origination and Servicing activities.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years in a Loan IQ operational, testing, analysis, or production support role.
• Experience managing data conversion efforts and validation methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
