Description

You will lead technology initiatives to solve business problems within technology business systems, acting as an internal consultant to re-engineer technical processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cost-effective systems and procedures that meet business requirements.
• Evaluate complex business, operational, or technical challenges to determine planning and direction.
• Partner with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables while coordinating communication between business and technology groups.
• Identify trends, isolate root causes, and provide swift resolutions using quality tools and process definition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing.
• Strong background in product management and business analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Experience using Jira or Confluence for tracking user stories and backlogs.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
• Experience in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of auto servicing systems and technology.
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, or related industries.
