Description

You will act as a technical expert specializing in network architecture and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity, resources, and contingency planning to manage network failure risks and maintain service levels.
• Investigate and resolve complex network problems.
• Implement and manage network management software.
• Maintain network disaster recovery plans and monitor network performance and availability.
• Mentor analysts and lead cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Network architecture.
• Strong knowledge in network architecture, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP).
• Knowledge of cloud networking including SDCI solutions (Equinix/Megaport), Azure, and GCP.
• CCNA or equivalent expertise.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems using tools like Wireshark, providing concise status and root cause analysis to stakeholders.
• Project management skills to lead network projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Visio and ServiceNow.
