Description

You will act as a technical expert specializing in network architecture, troubleshooting, and infrastructure planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity, resource, and contingency planning to mitigate network failure risks and maintain service levels.
• Investigate and resolve complex network problems using tools like Wireshark, providing concise status and root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage network management software and monitor network performance and availability.
• Maintain network disaster recovery plans and lead cross-functional teams.
• Project manage network initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Network architecture.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DHCP.
• Experience with cloud networking and SDCI solutions such as Equinix, Megaport, Azure, and GCP.
• CCNA certification or equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency in Visio for documentation and ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to lead network projects.

• Mentoring experience with analysts and team leadership capabilities.
