Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using C# and .NET.
• Define and implement automation strategies for Windows desktop applications (WinForms/WPF/legacy UI).
• Evaluate and recommend suitable automation tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and framework design principles.
• Ensure high reliability, stability, and low flakiness of automation suites.
• Design and develop reusable automation libraries and utilities.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Build and leverage AI-based tools to enhance test coverage, detect regressions, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with globally distributed product engineering teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to align automation strategies with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews and technical sessions.
• Drive knowledge sharing and promote best practices across the team.
• Support manual testing efforts when required and ensure complete test coverage.

Experience Required:

• 9 - 12 years of experience in test automation and software testing.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and automation framework development.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation for desktop applications.
• Experience with SpecFlow or similar BDD frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading automation teams or initiatives.
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to manual testing and hybrid testing approaches is a plus.
