Description

Lead the development and execution of scalable test frameworks for omni-channel applications, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and managing vendor and delivery coordination.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain flexible, scalable test frameworks for functional, performance, and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing efforts.
• Monitor automated test execution, report on quality metrics, and manage omni-channel capability delivery.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and onboard new engineering resources.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years focused on automation and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or Groovy.
• Experience with Pytest, Cucumber, Rspec, Playwright, Protractor, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of BDD, Page Object Model (POM), and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience automating UI, Integration, API, Database, Load, Soak, and Performance tests.
• Proficiency with Git, including branching, rebasing, and code reviews.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation experience within a retail environment.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud interfaces.
