Description

You will lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers on automation design, development, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the comprehensive test automation strategy.
• Transform manual test cases into automated test suites using modern frameworks.
• Design and develop new automated test cases based on validation requirements.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality.
• Monitor test coverage and automation metrics to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or test lead capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Python-based automation frameworks, including Pytest.
• Solid understanding of software validation, verification, and traceability.
• Experience integrating automated testing within CI/CD using Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Test Management Platforms.
• Experience building reusable test libraries and automation frameworks.
• Experience working within regulated industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, or defense).
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering teams.
