Description

You will lead durability testing and data collection efforts across entire vehicle programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct durability testing and manage data collection for vehicle programs.
• Set up and operate component and vehicle rig testing systems.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare technical test reports and presentations.
• Manage multiple concurrent testing projects for vehicle systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in durability testing and data collection.
• Experience performing analysis with nCode for load calculations on body, chassis, propulsion, and suspension systems.
• 2+ years of experience with MTS 329 rig testing and drive file development.
• 2+ years of experience with RLDA and data post-processing.
• 2+ years of experience with component level testing.
• Understanding of accelerated fatigue testing.
• Proven ability to perform independent root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Parametric CAD or Catia V6.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
