Description

You will lead testing efforts, owning test strategy, automation, and execution for system integration and regression cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy documents and identify test scenarios.
• Design test cases and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Execute system integration and regression testing, managing defect reporting.
• Set up test data and generate test data requirement specifications.
• Produce test closure reports and daily status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Functional Testing (Manual and Automation).
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Core Java.
• Proficiency with TestNG, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems like SVN and Git.
• Knowledge of XML and XPath.
• Exposure to HP ALM and Jira.
• 3 years experience in Digital Transformation and Agile Ways of Working.

Preferred Skills

• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge, specifically Investment Banking.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket.
