Description

Lead UI development focusing on pure React and TypeScript implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core UI components (buttons, dropdowns, layouts) without third-party UI libraries.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux and Redux Sagas.
• Apply and extend styles using 'styles-in-JS' patterns, including custom themes and responsive components.
• Make and own engineering decisions, considering long-term architectural consequences and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience developing in React and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with pure React (React 18 best practices); frameworks on top of React are not the focus.
• Expertise with Redux and Redux Sagas (not alternatives like Zustand).
• Proficiency in building UI components using styled-components or emotion/styled.
• Strong understanding of architectural layering and technical decision-making rationale.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical designs and implementation details.
• Experience creating components with CSS knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with advanced patterns like theme mapping and wrappers.
• Experience with mono repositories, specifically NX workspace.
