Description

You will lead frontend development efforts and manage a small team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and Angular.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to explain technical concepts.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage multiple development tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular (version 16+).
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudFront, and EC2.
• Proficiency with GraphQL and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience implementing responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership experience managing small engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in the life insurance industry.
