Description

You will lead a team of UI engineers to architect and maintain complex web and mobile interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UI engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect, develop, and maintain complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into reusable, efficient code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Establish code quality standards and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server-side rendering using Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and backend API integrations.
