Description

Define and govern the UI architecture and strategy for the enterprise Correspondence Hub platform, ensuring consistent user experience across multiple business capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide UI design standards, reusable component libraries, and development patterns.
• Lead the architecture of large-scale enterprise portals integrating capabilities from diverse development teams.
• Drive adoption of common UI frameworks, accessibility standards, and front-end best practices.
• Ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences across all platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading enterprise web platform strategy.
• Deep hands-on expertise with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive and accessible design.
• Strong understanding of backend integration using Java Spring Boot and .NET Core APIs.
• Experience designing RESTful service integrations.
• Hands-on deployment and support experience on OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise portals in complex multi-team environments.
