You will lead the design and delivery of technology products within an agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personas through user research and data analysis.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success metrics.
• Develop prototypes and communicate design ideas clearly to developers.
• Solve UX problems related to usability and findability.
• Apply interaction design and information architecture principles to product features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design projects.
• Experience in user research and project management.
• Ability to design for mobile features, big data systems, or payment platforms.
• Background in interaction design and information architecture.
