Description

You will lead the design and delivery of user-centric interfaces within an agile team environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create personas through user research and data analysis.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success through usability and findability testing.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to developers.
• Solve complex UX problems using interaction design and information architecture.
• Develop design projects from concept to implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design projects.
• Experience with user research and project management.
• Ability to apply interaction design and information architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
