Description
Lead the end-to-end UX strategy for multiple digital products, focusing on AI-driven interfaces and complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute UX strategy for digital products, translating business goals into functional user experiences.
- Lead UX research initiatives, including usability testing and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Ideate, prototype, and iterate rapidly using Figma based on sprint feedback and stakeholder reviews.
- Design compelling user flows and journeys, with a focus on conversational AI, agentic AI, and intelligent assistants.
- Mentor a team of UX and UI designers, providing design reviews, guidance, and oversight of design systems.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years in a lead or management role.
- Strong expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite for prototyping and presentation.
- Solid understanding of design systems, mobile-first design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing AI builder platforms, dashboards, admin panels, and chatbot interfaces.
- Ability to translate complex AI workflows into intuitive visual experiences and understand user psychology.
- Exposure to multi-agent UX frameworks or AI tools such as LLM-based platforms and copilots.
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
