Description

Lead UX strategy for AI-driven digital products and complex workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX strategy, translating business goals into functional user experiences.
• Lead UX research initiatives, including usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
• Ideate, prototype, and iterate rapidly using Figma based on sprint feedback.
• Design user flows for conversational AI, agentic AI, and intelligent assistants.
• Mentor the design team, providing reviews and oversight of design systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or management role.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design systems and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience with accessibility standards and user psychology.
• Proven track record designing AI builder platforms, dashboards, or chatbot interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
