Lead design efforts for development projects and technology modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design processes within development projects and technology modernization initiatives.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to iterate on designs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop user personas and test designs against them to ensure usability.
• Apply product strategy to design decisions and workflows.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead designer on development projects.
• At least 4 years of experience creating and iterating on wireframes and prototypes.
• At least 4 years of experience creating personas and conducting persona-based design testing.
• Knowledge of modern code implementations.
• Proficiency in US web design standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate product strategy into design work.
