Description

Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation while managing a team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a design team, providing guidance and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Own the end-to-end product design process to ensure seamless user experiences and visual consistency.
• Develop design strategies that align with product vision and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into functional design solutions.
• Partner with research teams to conduct usability testing and apply insights to design decisions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and user interface design.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
