Description

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Expertise in wireframing, user flows, information architecture, journey mapping, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate design intent is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with animation and micro-interactions using tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design reviews
