Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based healthcare requirements and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior recruiters on interview setups, client portal submissions, and second-level closing.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including requirement gathering, candidate prospecting, screening, and onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates using internal databases, job portals, and networking tools.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships throughout the submission and joining process.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US staffing, consulting, or contract-to-hire agencies.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching and extensive portal searches.
• Strong technical understanding of IT skill sets and associated technologies.
• Excellent English communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare staffing.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead or Staffing management capacity.
