You will lead US IT recruitment efforts, managing full-cycle hiring for direct client opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean searching techniques.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate technical fit.
• Coordinate with direct clients and MSP/VMS partners to align on requirements.
• Handle HR operations related to onboarding and candidate communication.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proven expertise in handling direct client relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean searching and candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with VMS and MSP processes.
• Skilled in interviewing and evaluating IT professionals.
• Background in Human Resources and recruiting operations.
