Description

You will lead product design from discovery through to framework development and design production.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex system concepts into simple UI specifications, wireframes, and visual designs.
• Execute user research, usability testing, and data collection to document user stories and problem statements.
• Collaborate with UI Architects, Product Management, and Development teams within Agile methodologies.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in recruiting and hiring team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in design patterns, ranging from user research to low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping tools.
• Expertise in User Interface Design and Visual Design.
• Strong background in Interaction Design and Usability Testing.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Deep understanding of Usability Design Principles and Data & Information Visualization.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to break down complex tasks into logical components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in design strategy and managing design analytics.
