You will lead UX strategy and design execution within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to define business objectives and user needs.
• Translate business goals into scalable UX strategies and design visions.
• Design and implement global design systems aligned with enterprise standards.
• Solve complex information architecture and usability challenges.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance across all digital experiences.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Proven experience in UX Design Leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma and Figma AI capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and design strategy.
• Expertise in Information Architecture and Design Systems.
• Experience ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale digital environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global design systems and enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to performance optimization in UX.
