Description

You will lead the end-to-end user experience for a web-based SaaS platform, transforming complex workflows into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic design direction by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Champion user-centered design practices, including conducting and synthesizing research.
• Contribute to the evolution and scaling of the centralized design system.
• Mentor team members and influence overall product strategy.
• Execute projects within a Nexus-scaled Agile environment to ensure cohesive experiences across multiple delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of UX/Product Design experience, including 5+ years in complex B2B Enterprise Web SaaS applications.
• 2–3 years of experience designing mobile-centric products and mobile apps.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, specifically Auto Layout, Variables/Tokens, and Libraries.
• Proven ability to design complex Information Architecture and Data Visualization for data-rich applications.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design and maintaining cross-browser fidelity.
• Strong familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Ability to produce high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and reusable design patterns.
• Experience shipping web products from concept to launch in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent design streams in environments with evolving requirements.
