Description

You own the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise applications, ensuring technical feasibility and user accessibility.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute high-fidelity, interactive Figma designs that meet user-friendliness and accessibility standards.
• Act as the primary design advocate, presenting and defending design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly PI Planning design activities, scoping tasks to align with Agile timelines and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define design principles, specifications, and manage Design QA.
• Drive the development and governance of the enterprise design system by creating reusable components and patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio focused on high-fidelity, user-centered enterprise applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven experience designing components within a comprehensive design system.
• Extensive experience leading design within Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to advocate for design strategy.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Product Managers to gather requirements.
• Knowledge of WCAG and best practices for inclusive design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience managing design team workflows.
