Description

You will lead the design team in creating mobile, web, and desktop applications, owning all UX/UI activities and product management tasks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead all UX/UI activities and manage product management tasks including customer behavior research and usage data analysis.
• Create wireframes and detailed feature designs for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Develop and maintain style guides and documentation to standardize UI elements.
• Conduct software testing to verify design implementation and measure improvements in user experience.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and present design decisions effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development for software.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating user problems into functional solutions.
• Ability to conduct user interviews and analyze usage data.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and design presentations.
• Experience working in an office environment at least twice a week.
