Description

Lead validation efforts for vehicle systems within the EV domain, owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle from planning to execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation plans for core vehicle features.
• Triage and troubleshoot issues spanning hardware, harness, and software.
• Build and maintain test benches using hardware platforms like Space, Vector, or Speedgoat.
• Automate testing procedures and frameworks using Python scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in EV/automotive systems validation, including ECU, HIL/SIL, bench, and lab-car testing.
• Strong understanding of CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet protocols.
• Proficiency in Python automation frameworks such as pytest or Robot Framework.
• Experience with CANalyzer, CANoe, and VehicleSpy.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Familiarity with CAN/CAN FD, LIN, UDS, and DoIP.
• Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and feature functionality.
• Ability to work effectively with evolving or incomplete requirements.
• Understanding of harness structure and integration.
