Description

Act as the primary technical lead for Vistex business processes and production support, ensuring system stability and efficient resolution of complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, architecture, and detailed process documentation for Vistex implementations.
• Support Vistex functions with a specific focus on Rebates and Chargebacks modules.
• Analyze root causes of production issues and communicate clear resolutions to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows and requirements effectively with offshore development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting and problem definition.
• Deep knowledge of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) modules.
• Proven experience designing and documenting RICEF objects.
• Strong capability in process architecture and detailed technical detailing.
• Hands-on experience working within a production support environment.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
