Description

You will lead the redesign of existing web experiences to improve functionality and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of the current website to improve user experience and functionality.
• Conduct user research through interviews and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to leadership to secure buy-in.
• Design layouts, interface elements, color schemes, icons, animations, and content for websites and web applications.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma structured for collaboration and reuse.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Web Designer, User Experience Designer, or Interaction Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Expertise in Figma for mockups, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles and current UI/UX trends.
• Proven success redesigning web experiences based on user research.
• Experience designing for both websites and web applications.
• Proficiency in Interaction Design, Web Design, User Experience, and Prototyping.
• Strong ability to manage multiple design projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with development collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
