Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM BPM/BAW applications for enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new IBM BPM/BAW applications to support current and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with business and system analysts to optimize and support business area workflows.
• Lead major project designs and coordinate with enterprise teams for standard integrations.
• Proactively address system issues and provide support for IBM BPM/BAW during on-call rotations.
• Maintain and support existing IBM BPM/BAW applications.

Required Skills

• 7 to 15 years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW versions 8.5 through 20.0.x.
• Deep understanding of IBM BPM/BAW architecture.
• Experience integrating services using REST, SOAP, and Java.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level integrations.
• Experience in the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Ability to work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical workflows.
