Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using webMethods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of A2A and B2B integration projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Manage and optimize webMethods Designer, Deployer, Trading Networks, and Universal Messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and enterprise integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with webMethods 9.x / 10.x.
• Strong expertise in A2A and B2B integrations.
• Proficiency in Universal Messaging, JDBC, and Xcom.
• Experience with Trading Networks, partner onboarding, and transaction management.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Demonstrated ability in technical leadership and team guidance.
