Description

You will lead Windows infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs in a multi-geo environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and coordinate technical training.
• Own the installation, configuration, and migration of Windows server environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Plan and execute backup, restoration, and disaster recovery strategies for 24x7 operations.
• Define, implement, and audit technical processes to ensure system security and uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows systems engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including FSMO roles, replication, and AD infrastructure implementation.
• Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, and WINS servers.
• Extensive experience with Group Policy (GPO) creation, testing, and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows Server (2000/2003), Windows Registry, and File/Print server management.
• Strong skills in MS Clusters, Windows Load Balancing, and RAID management.
• Experience managing VMware environments and OEM hardware (Dell, HP, or IBM).
• Proficiency with patching tools (WSUS, SMS) and antivirus products.
• Ability to perform recovery of AD Domain Controllers and related network services.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Citrix environments.
