Description

You will lead Workday Benefits and Payroll deployments, including Phase X single-module implementations, country rollouts, and M&A integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Phase X deployments for Workday Benefits and Payroll modules.
• Lead Workday projects involving international rollouts and M&A activities.
• Perform health checks for live clients to define Workday optimization roadmaps.
• Manage bi-annual release testing, including test plan preparation and scenario development.
• Educate clients on Workday capabilities, limitations, and new release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Workday implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Proven track record of at least two Workday support or implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of Workday methodology.
• Ability to work independently and manage client communications.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
