Description

Lead the design and delivery of Workday integration solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Connectors.
• Develop and optimize data transformations using XSLT, XML, and Workday Calculated Fields.
• Implement REST and SOAP APIs for seamless system connectivity.
• Utilize Workday Report Writer and DT for data management and reporting needs.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using Rally for project tracking and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday integration technology delivery.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, DT, and Workday Connectors.
• Strong programming skills in XSLT and XML.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Rally tool for project management.

Preferred Skills

• Functional domain knowledge in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Recruiting.
• Experience with BIRT reporting tools.
