Description

You own the design, implementation, and deployment of complex Workday integrations across Finance, Payroll, and Benefits.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments and support post-production environments for Workday integrations.
• Build custom integrations connecting Workday with third-party systems in HR and Finance.
• Handle complex requirements, orchestration, and error handling using Workday Studio.
• Develop Workday Payroll PECI integrations for external payroll providers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Workday Integrations covering Finance, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio (IDE) for high-volume data feeds and customized data formats.
• Proficiency in Java, Web-service integration patterns, and XML/XSLT.
• Experience with Workday Security and Business Objects.
• Hands-on expertise with EIB and Core Connectors.
• Proven track record in advanced Workday reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of Workday’s integration technology stack and complementary external systems in at least two HR or Finance areas.
