Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems for high availability and resilience.
• Lead full stack development using Angular and Java/Spring Boot to build responsive applications and RESTful APIs.
• Mentor developers by enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence.
• Manage application health by implementing monitoring and observability using Grafana and Dynatrace.
• Automate deployments and manage Kubernetes resources using ArgoCD and GitOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitOps-based application delivery.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end components.
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
