Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow infrastructure to ensure a stable and secure platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test tactical enhancements for existing ServiceNow modules.
• Lead support efforts for ServiceNow issues and provide Tier 3 support for Incident, Problem, and Request queues.
• Mentor ServiceNow Support staff and provide subject matter expertise for platform instances.
• Monitor the platform for failures and performance problems to ensure optimal configuration.
• Collaborate with teams to align design and performance with service requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Information Technology Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated competence in ServiceNow platform development and multiple modules.
• Current CSA and CIS ITSM certifications (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Experience with Agile software development and delivery methods.
• Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Additional CIS certification beyond ITSM and ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and web services integrations.
• Experience with domain-separated environments and SAFe methodology.
