Description

You will manage end-to-end corporate travel, logistics, and event coordination for domestic and international operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage international ticketing and complex routing requirements.
• Negotiate and secure competitive rates for domestic and international hotel accommodations.
• Source hotels and venues in Europe, UK, and US for corporate rooms and large-scale conferences.
• Contract with international event management companies for indoor/outdoor conferences and team-building activities.
• Coordinate visa processing for business travel and manage employee relocation logistics.
• Oversee transport management by contracting with various cab operators.
• Execute BMS functions including access enablement for new joiners and assisting with employee engagement.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in travel desk coordination.
• Expertise in International Ticketting and Corporate Travel Management.
• Proven experience in Visa Filing and relocation logistics.
• Proficiency in Transport Management and vendor contracting.
• Strong computer literacy and fluency in office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with large-scale travel aggregators such as Yatra or MakeMyTrip.
