Description

Lead the AWS Software Development practice by architecting scalable solutions and driving large-scale project implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, maintainable software applications using AWS services.
• Lead end-to-end software development engagements, from proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop technical proposals and strategic solutions.
• Drive automation of recurring tasks and manage software infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development.
• Proven track record of at least 4 end-to-end implementations of large-scale software projects.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Experience with on-premises to AWS migrations, modernization, and greenfield implementations.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, serverless computing, and containerization.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Strong understanding of AWS IAM roles, policies, and permissions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects across multiple geographic regions.
