You will leverage data to define analytics roadmaps and deliver business solutions for clients. You translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks, build prototypes, and drive decision-making through insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps and create solution prototypes.
• Convert business problems into analytical tasks and generate actionable insights.
• Develop, test, and validate machine learning models using statistical and data mining techniques.
• Explain model results in clear terms to non-technical audiences.
• Optimize workflows by transforming raw data into information that improves business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, or R.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills with DBMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools: Spark, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, or Hive.
• Statistical modeling expertise: GLM, Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees.
• Data visualization proficiency with Tableau or Qlik.
• Version control with Git or Bitbucket; project management with Jira.
• MATLAB proficiency and strong mathematical foundations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP and Computer Vision libraries (OpenCV, spaCy, Transformers).
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Adwords).
