Description

You will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Auto Lending technology landscape. You will own complex system designs, ensure compliance, and mentor senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop target state architecture and complex functional system designs to meet business requirements.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers and developers on project delivery.
• Collaborate with product strategy, architecture, and platform teams to define current and future technology states.
• Ensure quality, security, business continuity, and compliance requirements are documented and met.
• Create technical documentation, including departmental procedures, training materials, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with C#.NET and Kafka.
• 5+ years of experience in the full SDLC using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in microservices development and API enablement.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in .NET, Microservices, Angular, JUnit, and Selenium.
• Competency in JavaScript, SOAP, MQ Series, Visual Studio, SQL, Apigee, PCF, and AES.
• Experience with source control tools and creating sizing or work estimates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Financial Services companies.
