Description

You will lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and ongoing support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
• Build intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage.
• Manage bot deployment, scheduling, and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.
• Maintain and upgrade UiPath On-Premise infrastructure, including Orchestrator database and platform version upgrades.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in RPA development and leadership roles.
• Expertise in UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, Test Suite).
• Hands-on experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage.
• Proficiency in GitLab for version control and package management.
• Experience with CyberArk for secure credential handling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of RPA governance, exception handling, and framework optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath certification.
